Do you suffer from sleep disorders?

Sleep disorders are common

20 per cent of Dutch people of 12 years or older (in 2017*) problems with sleeping.

Women reported these problems more often than men.

Of all women had about one quarter sleep problems.

That is more than one and a half times as much as for men (15 per cent).
