How do we keep cells healthy?
A cell has different organelles.
Organelles in the cell can be compared to organs in our body.
Each organelle has its own function.
Together, the organelles provide the metabolism and making energy.
The metabolism is the sum of all biochemical processes that build up and break down.
In order for these biochemical processes to run optimally, the essential that all vitamins are present.
Also minerals and trace elements* are very important here.
If there is even one vitamin is missing or is not present to a sufficient degree, these processes are already adversely affected.
Therefore, the quality and health of the (new) cells are determined by the presence of these important nutrients.
