Vaccines conditionally approved
The vaccines are developed in record time.
What would normally take years to achieve was now realised within a year.
The vaccines have been on the market for a year and a half now, but they are still not fully approved.
Below you can see the five vaccines which are now used in Europe:
- Pfizer: Comirnaty
- Janssen
- Novavax
- Moderna
- AstraZeneca
Behind the name of each vaccine it still says:
Conditional marketing authorisation granted
Below is the Dutch translation of the explanation of this term, as it appears on the Website of the European Medicine Agency (EEA).
Immune system more than sufficient
The vaccines were given a rapid and conditional approval because there was supposedly an emergency.
Therefore, there is no normal full approval procedure been.
It was a urgent procedure with all its risks.
Possible side effects were hardly known.
The investigation is ongoing while mass vaccinations have already taken place.
In the Netherlands Lareb Side Effects Centre responsible for the Collection of reported adverse reactions for medicines and vaccines.
Many people have already reported side effects to Lareb.
You can via this link see a complete overview of all side effects reported to Lareb.
But in the eighteen months since vaccinations started, there have also been some scientific studies done about the side effects.
Below is a brief overview of some scientifically proven side effects with reference to the medical scientific articles in which they were published.
Liver inflammation
The above scientific paper presents evidence for a relationship between the Moderna vaccine and autoimmune hepatitis as a possible side effect.
Hepatitis is the medical term for an inflammation of the liver.
Hepar comes from the Greek language and means liver and -itis also comes from the Greek language and means inflammation.
Autoimmune means that the immune system attacks the body itself. Cars in Greek means self and immunis in Latin means free from state burdens, safe and unpunished.

Inflammation of the heart muscle
Journal of American Medical Association, 29 June 2021
Researchers have found that myocarditis is a possible side effect of mRNA vaccines.
An article in the Journal of the American Medical Association reports on this in its issue of 29 June 2021.
Myocarditis is the medical term for a inflammation of the heart muscle.
Myo comes from mus which is Greek for muscle and mouse; cardia from kardia which is Greek for heart, and -itis is Greek for inflammation.

Weakened immune system
Authorea, 21 January 2022
More and more studies are pointing to the fact that mRNA vaccines can be a weakened immune system lead.

Damage to blood vessel walls
Journal of the American Heart Association, 31 March 2021
Researchers have found that the spike proteins, which are produced in the cells under the influence of the vaccine, lead to the damage of the endothelium.
Endothelium includes all cells that line blood vessels, lymph vessels and the heart.
Endo- comes from within (Latin), thēlē comes from the Greek and means 'nipple'.
Damage to the brain
International Journal of Vaccine Theory, Practice, and Research, 10 May 2021
As a result, according to the researchers, there is an increased risk of developing neurodegenerative diseases (such as Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease) after taking the mRNA vaccine.
Neuro comes from neuron which is Greek for nerve; degenerative from degenerare which is Latin for degenerate, deteriorate.
This research concludes that brain damage can occur as a result of mRNA vaccines.
Severe allergic reaction
Journal of Allergy and Clinical Immunology, 20 April 2021
Another possible side effect is anaphylaxis.
Anaphylaxis is an acute, severe allergic reaction.
Ana is Greek for again; phylaxis from Greek phullasein meaning guard.
