Cell is a building block

The body is a collection of cells that work together optimally. 

Those cells are reasonably independent units.

Each cell produces energy for themselves and their bodies.

In addition, the cell provides cell division for renewal of the body.

And of course every cell exercises a specific function depending on what kind of cell it is.
