We want to share our knowledge with you, so that you can gain a better understanding of how your body works, and therefore more control over your health.
In addition, it is also important to know what the regular medical world can and cannot do for you.
In order to become and/or remain healthy, a basic knowledge about our body is required.
We are often told that the body is too complex for us to understand and that only doctors can fathom that complexity.
Nothing could be further from the truth, however, for there is a great deal to understand about how our bodies work.
Our aim is to provide you with as much knowledge as possible so that you can benefit from it.
We do that through our newsletters and publications, but also through 'Free Choice Colleges on Health' will be given by Mr Nick van Ruiten, PhD in Medical Sciences.
We organise these, preferably in cooperation with you, throughout the country.
